  1. Lead and manage the execution of engineering projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to project success, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
  5. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate with product managers and other key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on technical aspects of the project, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  8. Ensure adherence to Apple's engineering standards and processes, and drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
  9. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, as needed, to support project deliverables.
  10. Mentor and develop more junior members of the engineering team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management Within The Technology Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large, Complex Engineering Projects From Conception To Launch

  • Strong Technical Background And Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Hardware And Software Engineering Teams

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Drive Decision-Making At All Levels Of The Organization.
