Security Engineer, Employee Experience & Productivity

- Develop and implement innovative security solutions to protect Apple employees and their work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities
- Monitor and analyze security systems and data to proactively identify and address potential threats
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
- Conduct security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for remediation
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in security technology to continuously improve the company's security posture
- Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the company to enhance employee productivity while maintaining security standards
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures
- Communicate complex security concepts and risks to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Participate in regular training and education to stay up-to-date on security best practices and emerging threats
- Act as a subject matter expert on security for the Employee Experience & Productivity team and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
