  1. Lead the change management process for all SAP system changes at Apple, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption to business operations.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive change management plan, including timelines, communication strategies, and risk assessments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential impacts of SAP system changes and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP systems, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs and priorities.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline SAP processes and systems.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress of SAP system changes, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Communicate changes and updates to relevant teams and individuals in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Train and mentor team members on change management best practices and processes.
  10. Stay current on industry best practices and trends in SAP systems and change management.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the change management team.
  12. Take ownership of any issues or roadblocks that arise during the change management process and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to SAP system changes.
  14. Provide support and guidance to project teams during SAP system upgrades and implementations.
  15. Act as a role model for the Apple values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
