  1. Lead and manage the SAP application development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for SAP application development, taking into consideration the needs and priorities of the company.
  3. Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP technologies and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  5. Manage the full development lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  6. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SAP technologies, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques into our development process.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for software development.
  10. Perform regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to support project delivery.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes innovation, creativity, and teamwork.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Sap Application Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Developing Sap Applications, With A Strong Understanding Of The Various Modules And Functionalities.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Sap Developers, Ensuring Delivery Of High-Quality Products Within Tight Deadlines.

  • Technical Expertise: In Addition To Sap Development, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Sql. Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies And Trends In The Field Is Also Desirable.
