  1. Design and develop complex digital circuits using RTL coding techniques.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into RTL specifications.
  3. Conduct thorough RTL verification and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of the design.
  4. Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to ensure high-quality and efficient RTL design.
  5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in chip design and incorporate them into the design process.
  6. Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them to successful completion within the given timeline.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to RTL design, simulation, and synthesis.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on the progress of the project.
  9. Continuously analyze and improve RTL design processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for RTL design and implementation.
  11. Train and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge in RTL design.
  12. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable insights to improve the overall design.
  13. Adhere to project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges in the design process.
  15. Uphold the company's values of innovation, creativity, and excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Rtl Design And Verification.

  • Strong Understanding Of Rtl Design Flow And Tools, Such As Verilog, Vhdl, And Synopsys Design Compiler.

  • Proficiency In Scripting Languages, Such As Tcl Or Perl, For Automating Design Tasks.

  • Experience With High-Speed And Low-Power Design Techniques, As Well As Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Protocols.
