- Monitor and track product performance data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for product failures.
- Design and implement reliability tests for new and existing products.
- Develop and maintain reliability metrics and report on product performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in reliability engineering.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on potential reliability concerns.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure reliability standards are met.
- Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve product reliability.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on product reliability.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on reliability engineering principles and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of company-wide reliability processes and procedures.
- Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to a culture of innovation within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Reliability Or Quality Engineering.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Consumer Electronics Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Reliability Principles And Methodologies, Such As Fmea, Halt, And Mtbf.
Experience With Statistical Analysis And Data-Driven Decision Making.
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Project Management Skills.
