  1. Conduct product reliability assessments and analysis to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures to evaluate product reliability and performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design flaws and provide recommendations for improvements.
  4. Monitor and track product performance data to identify trends and potential issues.
  5. Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for product failures.
  6. Design and implement reliability tests for new and existing products.
  7. Develop and maintain reliability metrics and report on product performance.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in reliability engineering.
  9. Participate in design reviews and provide input on potential reliability concerns.
  10. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure reliability standards are met.
  11. Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve product reliability.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on product reliability.
  13. Train and mentor junior engineers on reliability engineering principles and best practices.
  14. Contribute to the development and improvement of company-wide reliability processes and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to a culture of innovation within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Reliability Or Quality Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Consumer Electronics Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Reliability Principles And Methodologies, Such As Fmea, Halt, And Mtbf.

  • Experience With Statistical Analysis And Data-Driven Decision Making.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Project Management Skills.
