In this role, you will be instrumental in positioning Apple to remain one of the most beloved and empowering brands for both current and potential customers today and into the years to come. Work closely with the desktop teams on tickets and asset management, as well as infrastructure teams on new builds and refresh. Collaborate with the Finance team on purchasing, auditing and tracking. Help design/improve IT asset management and ticketing tools. Provide training and guidance to ensure maximum compliance. Collaborate with external vendors and partners world wide. React quickly to new technologies and business needs.
