NLP Scientist, Text Understanding Platform

We are looking for an experienced and creative NLP Scientist to join the Text Understanding Platform team at Apple. In this role, you will be responsible for developing natural language understanding (NLU) models and text understanding capabilities used in Apple products and services. You will use cutting-edge techniques to create innovative NLU models and integrate them into the Apple platform.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in natural language processing and deep learning, as well as experience developing NLU models and applications. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating intuitive and powerful text understanding solutions for Apple products and services.We are looking for a candidate with:• A Master’s or PhD degree in Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field• 4+ years of experience developing NLU models and applications• Experience with deep learning models and techniques• Knowledge of natural language understanding and text mining techniques• Familiarity with common NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g. spaCy, NLTK, Keras, TensorFlow, etc.)• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills• Strong communication and collaboration skillsIf you’re passionate about creating text understanding solutions and have the required qualifications, we want to hear from you!
