Job Description

In this role, you’ll develop and lead large-scale, innovative internal communication campaigns, and coordinate efforts across our team—from editorial, to design, and more—to keep our people engaged. You’ll work with a number of internal customers, learn about their needs, and help them achieve their business goals by developing effective internal communications strategies and deliverables.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 7+ years in internal, corporate, or strategic communications, marketing, or a related field

  • Creative and super passionate about internal communication and engagement, and the employee experience

  • Strong leadership with an emphasis on collaboration, proactivity, and flexibility, able to rally people and influence to get things done

  • Aptitude for influencing others and getting people on board with an idea or direction
