As a Global Supply Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers worldwide.   1. Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
  3. Monitor supplier performance and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in the supply chain.
  6. Analyze market trends and global economic conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for the supply chain.
  7. Develop and maintain a robust supplier evaluation and selection process.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  9. Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the supply chain processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in supply chain operations.
  13. Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and ethical practices.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates on supply chain performance to senior management.
  15. Continuously strive for innovation and improvement in supply chain processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Global Supply Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Operations, Including Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, And Inventory Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Managing And Optimizing Supplier Performance, Cost, And Quality To Meet Business Objectives And Drive Efficiency.
