  1. Develop and implement global programs and initiatives that support the overall employee experience and drive operational excellence.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of HR programs and processes.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices to ensure program alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with regional HR teams to identify and address specific needs and challenges in different markets.
  5. Monitor and analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize program effectiveness.
  6. Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  7. Communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for program initiatives.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to program success.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and program management to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  10. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  11. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the People Operations team.
  12. Represent Apple and the People Operations team at industry events and conferences to share our best practices and learn from others.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
  14. Continuously evaluate program success and gather feedback from stakeholders to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Apple, promoting our values and culture both internally and externally.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Program Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Diverse Team Of Individuals Across Different Regions. The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor Team Members, Build Consensus, And Drive Results.

  • Exceptional Project Management Capabilities: The Candidate Should Have Experience Managing Large-Scale, Complex Projects With Tight Deadlines And Multiple Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Identify And Mitigate Risks, And Effectively Communicate Progress And Updates To Key Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of People Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Various Aspects Of People Operations, Including Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Performance Management, And Employee Relations. They Should Also Have A Good Grasp Of Global Hr Policies And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication And Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams, Both Within And Outside Of Apple. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
