
Global Program Manager - People Operations

- Develop and implement global programs and initiatives that support the overall employee experience and drive operational excellence.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of HR programs and processes.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices to ensure program alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to identify and address specific needs and challenges in different markets.
- Monitor and analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize program effectiveness.
- Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for program initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to program success.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and program management to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the People Operations team.
- Represent Apple and the People Operations team at industry events and conferences to share our best practices and learn from others.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
- Continuously evaluate program success and gather feedback from stakeholders to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Apple, promoting our values and culture both internally and externally.

They Should Also Have A Good Grasp Of Global Hr Policies And Regulations.
