  1. Provide legal guidance and counsel to Apple's HR team and management on all matters related to employment law and regulations.
  2. Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations globally.
  3. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations and advise on potential impact to the company.
  4. Conduct legal research and provide sound recommendations for complex employment law issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs on employment law and compliance.
  6. Review and provide legal advice on employment-related contracts, agreements, and policies.
  7. Investigate and respond to employment-related complaints, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
  8. Advise on and manage employment-related litigation matters.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with outside counsel, as needed.
  10. Lead the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
  11. Provide legal support for internal investigations related to employment matters.
  12. Collaborate with the legal team on employment-related issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  13. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Apple's culture, values, and business objectives to provide tailored legal advice and solutions.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, on employment law matters.
  15. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to support the company's overall employment strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employment Law, Including Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Counsel Employees And Managers.

  • Experience In Conducting Investigations And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Hris Systems, With The Ability To Analyze And Present Data And Reports.
