
Customer Lifecycle Marketer, Global Channel Marketing
The Customer Lifecycle Marketer will develop and improve lifecycle marketing communications that are deeply informed by customer insights, business objectives, and product functionality. This person will collaborate closely with channel, creative, research and analytics, and product marketing managers to deliver relevant, helpful, and timely customer onboarding, early life, and growth communications at scale. They’ll ensure consistency in our tone and approach across lifecycle campaigns and programs, and champion ongoing improvements and updates to existing campaigns. This may include prioritizing and managing content updates across deliverables to support feature enhancements and insights refreshes. Day-to-day, they will develop creative briefs, write draft copy, and partner with internal and external creatives to integrate content into final deliverables.
7+ years experience developing B2B customer lifecycle marketing communications from start to finish.
