  1. Lead the system bring-up process for new hardware designs, working closely with the hardware design and software development teams.
  2. Debug and troubleshoot hardware and software issues during the bring-up process, using a variety of tools and techniques.
  3. Develop and implement efficient and effective bring-up procedures to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve hardware and software integration issues.
  5. Utilize low-level programming skills to configure and optimize hardware components for optimal performance.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware systems to ensure reliability and functionality.
  7. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and advancements in hardware development and bring-up processes.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
  9. Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion within tight deadlines.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the bring-up process.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline the bring-up process and improve overall efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Hardware And Software Bring-Up Processes, Including Debugging And Troubleshooting Techniques.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Assembly, As Well As Experience With Low-Level Programming And Embedded Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hardware Components And Systems Architecture, Including Microprocessors, Memory, And Peripherals.

  • Experience With Device Drivers, Firmware Development, And Hardware Validation.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Excellent Communication Skills, And A Strong Attention To Detail.
