  1. Investigate potential fraudulent activities on the App Store and take appropriate actions to prevent and mitigate fraud.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to improve fraud prevention processes and systems.
  3. Conduct regular audits and data analysis to identify patterns and trends related to fraudulent activities on the App Store.
  4. Monitor and review user accounts and transactions for any suspicious behavior or activity.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to fraud prevention and make recommendations for improvements to our processes and systems.
  6. Communicate with app developers and users to gather information and evidence related to fraudulent activities.
  7. Document all investigations and findings in a clear and organized manner.
  8. Identify and escalate high-risk cases to senior management for further review and action.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance fraud prevention efforts.
  10. Conduct training and education sessions for internal teams on fraud prevention and detection methods.
  11. Stay informed about App Store policies and guidelines and ensure all actions taken align with the company's standards and values.
  12. Continuously analyze and monitor fraud metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information related to fraud investigations.
  14. Act as a liaison between the App Store Optimization team and other departments to provide updates and insights on fraud prevention efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Fraud Prevention Or Investigations, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Investigative Skills, With The Ability To Identify Patterns And Trends In Data.

  • Knowledge Of Fraud Prevention Tools And Techniques, As Well As Experience With Fraud Detection Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Key Stakeholders.
