- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers in the Americas region.
- Monitor and analyze market demand, sales trends, and inventory levels to optimize supply and demand balance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and production to forecast demand and create production plans.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Communicate supply chain updates and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations for supply chain optimization.
- Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to ensure appropriate levels of stock and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Create and maintain supply chain performance metrics and regularly report on key performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve and innovate the supply chain strategy.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning Or Demand Forecasting In A Global Company.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Supply Chain Planning Tools Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
Knowledge Of Global Supply Chain Operations And Market Dynamics, Particularly In The Americas Region.
