  1. Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to support the timely and efficient movement of products and materials across the Americas region.
  2. Manage and oversee all aspects of the Americas Logistics Readiness Program, including budget, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of logistics plans.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
  5. Proactively identify potential risks and issues in logistics operations and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure high-quality delivery of logistics services.
  7. Communicate and report on program progress, updates, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate logistics processes.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus, driving a high level of quality and service in all logistics operations.
  10. Represent Apple's logistics function in meetings and negotiations with external partners, vendors, and service providers.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and alignment in logistics operations.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.
  13. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards in logistics operations.
  14. Lead and support special projects, initiatives, and process improvements related to logistics and supply chain management.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues and team members on logistics and supply chain management topics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Logistics And Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Transportation, Distribution, And Inventory Management Processes.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Optimize Logistics Operations.
