  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI and ML innovation and provide guidance on ethical and responsible data practices.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and data ethics and ensure that Apple's research is at the forefront of these advancements.
  5. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the research team to encourage growth and innovation.
  6. Oversee the development and execution of research projects, ensuring that they align with Apple's standards and guidelines for responsible AI.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and experts in the field to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Monitor and analyze the impact of AI and ML solutions developed by the team, and make recommendations for improvement or further development.
  9. Communicate research findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and support team members in their professional development and provide guidance on challenging ethical and technical issues.
  11. Lead by example and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and across the organization.
  12. Represent Apple at conferences, events, and other industry forums to showcase our responsible AI research efforts and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Field Of Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning, With A Focus On Responsible Ai Research.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Teams In Developing Innovative Data And Ml Solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ethical And Legal Implications Of Ai And Ml Technology, And Ability To Develop And Implement Responsible Practices.
