  4. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the engineering teams.

  10. Provide guidance and support to team members, motivating them to achieve project goals and objectives.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies to continuously improve project management processes.
  13. Represent the engineering team in cross-functional meetings and present project updates to senior management.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  15. Contribute to the development of new processes and tools to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
