Process employee transaction in payroll platform (new hires, terminations, data changes, etc.). Local contact for benefit administration. Originator of employee change forms. Generate weekly and monthly union dues reports and submit for payment. Process weekly payroll related journal entries and month end payroll related account reconciliations. Maintain employee information within related systems; ex; badges, tools and accounting systems. Provide face to face customer service to employees. Process purchase orders and supply purchasing for the HR and Payroll Departments. Maintenance of employee files and records. Administer and track various employee programs.
