Job Description

  1. Design and implement visually stunning displays that align with the Anthropologie brand and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  2. Collaborate with the merchandising team to curate and style product displays that showcase the brand's unique and eclectic aesthetic.
  3. Stay up-to-date with current trends in design, fashion, and retail to ensure that displays are relevant and engaging for customers.
  4. Maintain visual standards throughout the store, including window displays, in-store displays, and floor layouts.
  5. Utilize strong organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring that displays are changed and updated in a timely manner.
  6. Work closely with store management to understand sales goals and adapt displays accordingly to drive sales and meet targets.
  7. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards to maintain consistency across all store locations.
  8. Source and acquire props, materials, and supplies needed to bring displays to life, while staying within budget.
  9. Conduct visual audits to ensure that displays are executed accurately and according to brand guidelines.
  10. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve the visual appeal of the store and enhance the customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Visual Merchandising: Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Includes Skills In Creating Eye-Catching Displays, Understanding Store Layouts, And Utilizing Props And Decor To Enhance The Overall Shopping Experience.

  • Creative And Artistic Skills: The Role Of A Visual Coordinator At Anthropologie Requires A Strong Sense Of Creativity And Artistic Ability. Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Design, Color, And Texture, As Well As The Ability To Think Outside The Box And Come Up With Unique And Innovative Ideas For Displays And Store Visuals.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Visual Coordinator, Candidates Will Be Responsible For Collaborating With Various Teams, Including Store Managers, Buyers, And Corporate Visual Teams.
