  1. Develop and execute visually appealing and on-brand store layouts and displays that create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for customers.
  2. Collaborate with store management and merchandising teams to ensure that displays and installations are aligned with the overall store vision and brand aesthetic.
  3. Use your creativity and knowledge of current trends to curate unique and eye-catching displays that showcase our products in an attractive and compelling way.
  4. Regularly refresh and update displays to keep the store visually exciting and maintain customer interest.
  5. Work closely with the buying team to understand product assortments and create displays that highlight key products and trends.
  6. Maintain visual standards and ensure that all displays are executed with attention to detail and quality.
  7. Utilize strong organizational skills to plan and prioritize display execution, taking into consideration product availability and store layout.
  8. Train and coach store team members on visual merchandising techniques and standards, ensuring consistent execution across all store locations.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor visuals to continuously improve and innovate our store displays.
  10. Work within a budget to source and acquire materials needed for displays and installations.
  11. Communicate effectively with store management and corporate visual team to provide feedback, share ideas, and provide updates on visual initiatives.
  12. Embrace the brand's values and mission and actively contribute to the overall success of the store through visual merchandising strategies.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures.
  14. Occasionally travel to other store locations to support visual merchandising needs and ensure consistency across all stores.
