As a team leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, coaching and developing team members, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.   1. Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  2. Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
  3. Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
  4. Ensure the store is visually appealing and all visual merchandising standards are met.
  5. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  8. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of sales transactions.
  9. Conduct regular store walks to identify and address any operational or visual issues.
  10. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and optimize store performance.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Guide And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Ensure A Positive And Productive Work Environment.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Includes Knowledge Of Customer Service, Sales, Visual Merchandising, And Inventory Management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Team Leader, Effective Communication Is Crucial To Ensure Smooth Operations And Maintain A Cohesive Team. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Store Management.

  • Passion For Fashion And Anthropologie Brand: A Genuine Interest In Fashion And The Anthropologie Brand Is Important For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Knowledgeable About Current Fashion Trends, Have A Good Understanding Of The Anthropologie Brand, And Be Able To Effectively Convey The Brand's Aesthetic To Customers.

  • Flexible Schedule: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends And Holidays, As This Is A Part-Time Position. This May Also Include Opening And/Or Closing Shifts, As Well As Being Available For Additional Shifts During Peak Periods.
