Visual/Stock Associate

At Ann Taylor, we are looking for a Visual/Stock Associate who is passionate about fashion and has a keen eye for detail. As a Visual/Stock Associate, you will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will be expected to maintain high standards of visual presentation, maintain stockroom organization, and ensure the accuracy of inventory. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the visual presentation of the store meets Ann Taylor’s standards, through arranging merchandise displays, window displays, and floor plans.
2. Monitor sales floor for neatness, organization, and availability of merchandise.
3. Receive, unpack, and stock all merchandise in the stockroom.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
5. Assist customers with finding items in the store and providing product information.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
7. Communicate with the management team regarding stock levels, visual merchandising, and customer service.
8. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned.
