1. Maintain a neat and inviting visual presentation of the store, including displays, fixtures, and merchandise.
2. Ensure that all merchandise is accurately stocked and displayed in accordance with company standards.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and resolving customer issues.
4. Process merchandise returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
5. Assist with inventory management, store restocking, and shipment processing.
6. Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for Ann Taylor and its products.
7. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
8. Follow all store policies and procedures.
