You should have a knack for organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting. An understanding of the Ann Taylor brand and a passion for fashion are a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the Ann Taylor brand.
2. Design and create displays in stores and on the web that reflect the current trends and competition.
3. Stay informed of fashion trends and maintain a keen eye for details.

7. Train and manage any seasonal visual merchandising staff.
8. Manage inventory and ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained.
9. Develop and execute creative ideas for in-store events and promotions.
10. Troubleshoot any visual merchandising issues that may arise.
