At Ann Taylor, we are looking for a passionate and creative Stylist with a keen eye for fashion to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a fashion-forward individual who is committed to customer service and enjoys helping customers find the perfect look for any occasion. We are looking for a Stylist who has a strong knowledge of the current fashion trends, a friendly and professional attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service to all customers.The successful Stylist at Ann Taylor should have a friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for fashion. They should be able to provide helpful styling advice to customers and have an understanding of current fashion trends. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous retail experience is preferred.If you have a passion for fashion and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service, we look forward to hearing from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide styling advice to customers on current fashion trends.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect look for any occasion.
  3. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude towards customers.
  4. Possess a strong knowledge of fashion trends.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  6. Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
  7. Comply with the company's policies and procedures.
  8. Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
  9. Demonstrate knowledge of product, services, and sales techniques.
  10. Process payments and maintain accurate records of sales.
