Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create an upbeat, welcoming atmosphere for customers in the store • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer base • Monitor daily operations of the store, including staffing, product displays, and cleanliness • Recruit and train store associates, delegating tasks and responsibilities • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure store runs smoothly • Analyze financial data to review operational performance and adjust accordingly • Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and laws • Plan and execute promotional and special events for the store • Remain up-to-date on company products and services • Maintain inventory levels and order new products as needed • Oversee cash handling processes to ensure accuracy and security • Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries • Prepare and submit store reports and required paperwork • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
