Stock Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Stock Associate to join our team at Ann Taylor! Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for fashion. The Stock Associate will be an important part of our team, responsible for managing store inventory and helping customers find the perfect items. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and unpack merchandise shipments.
2. Maintain accurate records of inventory.
3. Place merchandise in designated store areas.
4. Assist customers in finding items they need.
5. Answer customer inquiries about product features, availability, and pricing.
6. Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
7. Assist in pricing and stocking new merchandise.
8. Use technology (e.g. POS systems) to process purchases.
9. Ensure shelves are neatly organized and displays are attractive.
10. Maintain a neat and organized back-of-house area.
11. Report any damaged, missing, or stolen items to the supervisor.
12. Keep track of inventory levels and report low stock levels.
13. Follow safety and security protocols.
