Job Description

At Ann Taylor, we are looking for a motivated and dependable Stock Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is customer-oriented, organized, and has an eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to work in retail and join a talented and enthusiastic team.To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in stock handling and merchandising, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. You should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy items. If you are a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about fashion and enjoys working with others, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive stock shipments and ensure that items are accurately inventoried and counted.
  2. Unpack stock items and store them in designated areas.
  3. Maintain store shelves and displays according to company guidelines and standards.
  4. Assist customers with product selection and answer queries.
  5. Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as needed.
  6. Assist in keeping the store tidy and organized.
  7. Manage customer returns and exchanges.
  8. Assist with pricing and tagging of products.
  9. Keep up to date with product and fashion trends.
  10. Perform regular stock counts and inspections.
  11. Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
