Stock Associate

At Ann Taylor, we’re looking for a Stock Associate who will help us deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a neat and orderly retail store. We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and organized individual to join our team. If you have experience working in a retail environment and a passion for customer service, then we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate for this position will be a strong team player who is attentive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. They will be comfortable standing for long periods of time and have excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers by providing product knowledge and information.
2. Ensure store is neat and orderly at all times.
3. Receive and process shipments.
4. Maintain inventories of store merchandise.
5. Assist in setting up displays and promotional materials.
6. Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain financial records.
7. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to their inquiries.
8. Assist with stockroom organization, stock transfers, and other related tasks.
9. Follow company policies and procedures.
10. Uphold health and safety regulations.
