Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer customer inquiries about merchandise and products

• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise • Maintain an organized and orderly store environment • Assist in the handling of returns and exchanges • Ensure that products are correctly priced and tagged • Receive and unpack merchandise shipments • Monitor security systems and report any suspicious activity • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices • Assist with inventory management and restocking of shelves • Ensure that the store is clean and orderly • Assist in the implementation of safety and loss prevention policies and procedures
