Job Description

At Ann Taylor, we believe that our Sales Leads are vital in providing exceptional customer service and driving our business forward. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who is committed to excellence and can provide leadership and guidance to our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, have a strong knowledge of the fashion industry, be familiar with the latest trends, and must have a minimum of two years of experience in sales and/or retail. Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction

• Train and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service

• Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

• Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed

• Create promotions, discounts, and special events to increase sales

• Provide feedback to the management team on team performance and customer feedback

• Maintain knowledge of the latest fashion trends and industry developments

• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions

• Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
