We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Ann Taylor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, an enthusiasm for fashion, and a passion for building relationships with our customers. They must be able to work well on a team and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the store leadership team in meeting the sales objectives of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and coaching and motivating the store team to achieve sales goals. In addition to the required qualifications listed below, a successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to think on their feet.
