Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Help customers find the perfect outfit to make them look and feel great.
  4. Assist with store operations, such as stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining inventory.
  5. Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase sales.
  6. Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices, sales strategies, and product knowledge.
  7. Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings.
  8. Utilize various sales tracking systems to monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Maintain a professional and neat appearance when dealing with customers.
  10. Implement promotional and marketing activities to enhance customer experience.
