As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer service experience, managing store operations, and coaching and leading a team of associates. You should also have a good understanding of the fashion industry and be able to use sales techniques to drive sales. Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain relationships with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience -Manage store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly -Coach and lead a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service -Train employees on sales techniques to drive sales -Monitor sales goals and performance of associates -Communicate effectively with customers and teammates -Understand the fashion industry and stay up-to-date on current trends -Ensure store is always well-stocked and presentable -Create a positive and inspiring shopping experience for customers
