Are you passionate about fashion and have a flair for sales? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Lead to join our Ann Taylor team. The ideal candidate will have a great eye for fashion and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have strong leadership capabilities, and have a minimum of 2 years sales experience in the retail industry. You will also need to be flexible and organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  2. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and feedback to team members to help them reach their goals.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and act on it to ensure customers are satisfied with the service provided.
  6. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to deliver a high level of customer service.
  7. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  8. Monitor stock levels and order new products to ensure the store is well-stocked.
  9. Ensure store operations are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  10. Manage store budgets and ensure expenses are kept within limits.
