Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and feedback to team members to help them reach their goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback and act on it to ensure customers are satisfied with the service provided.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor stock levels and order new products to ensure the store is well-stocked.
- Ensure store operations are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Manage store budgets and ensure expenses are kept within limits.
