Sales Associate

Ann Taylor is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Associate to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must possess an upbeat and friendly personality, excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to learn and apply product knowledge. Previous fashion retail experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

-Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude

-Provide knowledgeable advice and assistance to customers regarding product features, benefits, and uses -Listen to customers’ needs and accurately process orders -Maintain an organized and clean store environment -Promote sales by suggesting additional items to customers -Process payments and handle returns/exchanges -Restock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are attractive and inviting -Monitor customer traffic and provide assistance to customers as needed -Assist with store inventory and stock management -Participate in store sales meetings and training sessions -Adhere to all store policies and procedures
