Our ideal candidate is a creative and organized individual who has a knack for staying up to date on the latest trends in fashion and retail. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, profits and customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of the retail industry. You should also be detail-oriented, creative, and have great interpersonal skills. Additionally, the following qualifications are required:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising/visual merchandising• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or related field• Comprehensive knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences• Ability to think analytically and strategically• Experience with creating and managing budgets• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant softwareIf you are a self-starter who is passionate about fashion and merchandising, we'd love to hear from you!
