As a Key Holder, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for driving productivity as well as providing excellent customer service.In this role, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales and profitability, while delivering a consistent and exceptional in-store experience. 6. Train and develop team members on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
7. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
8. Open and close the store as needed.
9. Ensure store is clean and organized.
10. Develop strategies to improve store performance.
