Key Holder

As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, helping to drive store sales, and assisting in the daily operations of the store. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion. Required Qualifications: • At least one year of retail experience• Strong customer service and communication skills• Ability to work nights and weekends• Passion for fashion and customer service • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all situations• Ability to lift boxes and merchandise up to 25 pounds• Prior experience with cash registers and POS systems

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon entering the store and provide superior customer service. • Assist customers in selecting items to purchase and process payments. • Ensure store is clean and organized at all times. • Maintain merchandise displays in a neat and organized manner. • Assist with restocking shelves and organizing backroom merchandise. • Ensure store security by monitoring customers and maintaining alarm systems. • Train and mentor new employees on store procedures and policies. • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including counting the cash register. • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints. • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory processes. • Provide support to store manager and team members. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions.
