Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Analyst to join the Ann Taylor team and make an impact! As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies for our customers. You should have a strong background in data analysis and be able to think strategically. The ideal candidate should be driven by success, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be a self-starter. If you’re looking for a role that will allow you to make an impact in the customer relationship space, this is the job for you!To be successful in this role, you should have:• In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management systems and best practices• Experience in customer segmentation, data analysis, and reporting• Ability to analyze customer data and generate insights• Strong business acumen and knowledge of customer service principles• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies that improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Analyze customer data to identify trends and generate insights for customer segmentation.
  3. Design and execute customer service solutions for greater customer engagement.
  4. Create reports on customer data and metrics to inform and track the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and suggest ways to improve customer experience.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to identify customer needs and develop strategies to address them.
  7. Assist with the development of CRM platforms and technologies as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Utilize SQL, Python, or R to analyze customer data as needed.
