Job Description

As a Client Experience Sales Leader at Ann Taylor, you will be the driving force behind our customer service experience. You will ensure that our clients receive an unparalleled level of service and engagement that will keep them coming back for more. You will be a leader in the store, using your ability to engage and inspire our associates to provide the best possible customer service. Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of retail experience• Proven ability to lead and motivate others• Expert knowledge of retail operations• Ability to multitask and prioritize• Excellent communication and customer service skills• A passion for the Ann Taylor brand and culture • A strong sense of fashion and style

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to ensure Ann Taylor customers receive an outstanding customer service experience • Lead and motivate associates to develop their professional skills and to provide the best customer service • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth retail operations process • Monitor store operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy • Develop and implement customer service initiatives and programs • Develop and implement customer feedback programs • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction • Train and mentor associates on customer service skills and store operations • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor the performance of customer service associates and provide feedback • Participate in store events and activities to promote the Ann Taylor brand and culture
