As a Client Experience Sales Leader at Ann Taylor, you will be the driving force behind our customer service experience. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to ensure Ann Taylor customers receive an outstanding customer service experience • Lead and motivate associates to develop their professional skills and to provide the best customer service • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth retail operations process • Monitor store operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy • Develop and implement customer service initiatives and programs • Develop and implement customer feedback programs • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction • Train and mentor associates on customer service skills and store operations • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor the performance of customer service associates and provide feedback • Participate in store events and activities to promote the Ann Taylor brand and culture
