At Ann Taylor, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Client Experience Sales Leader to join our team and help us to continue offering the highest quality of client experience to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and independent. They must be able to provide motivation and direction to the team while staying organized and committed to the company’s goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to make a positive impact in the fashion industry.

  1. Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve services and products.
  4. Ensure the team is consistently providing up-to-date information regarding new products, services, and promotions.
  5. Create and monitor sales goals for the team and take responsibility for meeting those goals.
  6. Analyze customer service metrics and customer trends to identify areas of improvement.
  7. Develop and implement creative customer service solutions.
  8. Provide training and development opportunities for the team.
  9. Ensure all customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media.
