
Client Experience Sale Leader
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Client Experience Sales Leader to join the Ann Taylor team! As a Client Experience Sales Leader, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales performance in our store. You will be an inspirational leader, motivating and inspiring the team to exceed their goals and grow their business.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience in a leadership role in the retail industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to motivate and engage a team. Strong communication and organizational skills are also essential. Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed goals and grow the business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create an excellent client experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop strategies and plans to increase sales and improve overall customer experience.
- Manage daily operations of the store, including scheduling and staffing.
- Train and develop staff on sales techniques and customer service standards.
- Assist with any customer inquiries or comments to ensure satisfaction.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all company regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
