Associate Manager, Photo Production

We are looking for an experienced and organized Associate Manager of Photo Production to join the Ann Taylor team! This role requires someone who is creative, detail-oriented and passionate about developing beautiful visuals for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, as well as a strong background in photography, art direction, styling and production. The Associate Manager of Photo Production will be responsible for overseeing the entire photo production process from concept to completion. 4. Source and manage external vendors and partners related to the production process.
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, marketing, and merchandising to ensure the visuals meet their needs.
6. Monitor and track production budgets to ensure they are being adhered to.
7. Train and mentor junior team members in the production process.
8. Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in photography and production.
