Job Description

As a creative and inspiring Associate Designer, Non-Apparel at Ann Taylor, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the fashion industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Design new, creative non-apparel products for the Ann Taylor brand.
  2. Develop innovative ideas that reflect current fashion trends.
  3. Create and maintain a portfolio demonstrating excellent design, color, and material skills.
  4. Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to develop strategies for product success.
  5. Collaborate with other creative team members to ensure high-quality design output.
  6. Manage the timely delivery of design projects.
  7. Monitor and adjust design projects to meet budgetary and timeline requirements.
  8. Remain knowledgeable of the fashion industry and competitors.
  9. Assist in the development of materials for presentations and product launches.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations to share progress on projects.
