The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and customer-centric leader who is committed to delivering exceptional service and creating an enjoyable, fashion-forward shopping experience at our store.The Assistant Manager is responsible for working in partnership with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives while leading the team in the areas of sales, operations, customer service, visual merchandising and recruiting. This position requires superior organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate will have:• At least two years of retail store management experience• Proven ability to successfully lead, coach, train and develop a team• Excellent customer service skills• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays• Passion for fashion and trendsWe are looking for a dynamic and driven team player who is ready to take on the challenge of leading our store to success!
