Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  2. Monitor and manage staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and oversee product selection and pricing.
  4. Create and manage budgets, financial statements, and other operational documents.
  5. Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
  8. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote store services and products.
  9. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
