
Territory Retail Lead Trainee

- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness in assigned territory.
- Train and mentor new team members on merchandising techniques, company policies, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with store managers and other team members to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans and initiatives.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor inventory levels, product placement, and compliance with company standards.
- Identify and report on competitive trends, product performance, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and improve merchandising strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers to promote brand loyalty and increase sales.
- Participate in company training programs and continuously develop product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members to ensure a strong and cohesive team.
- Monitor and track territory sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative ideas for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while carrying out job duties.
Previous Retail Experience: A Territory Retail Lead Trainee Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment. This Experience Should Include Customer Service, Sales, Merchandising, And Inventory Management.
Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Train A Team Of Retail Associates. Candidates Should Have Experience In Leading And Motivating A Team To Achieve Sales Goals And Maintain High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Upper Management Is Crucial For Success In This Role. Candidates Should Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Convey Important Information And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.
